The General Assembly is the highest governing body of the organization. It is composed of all the members associated with Apartur, and meets once a year. Each member has a voice and a vote and shares the same rights and obligations.
Among the Assembly’s tasks are: selecting the Board of Directors, approving the budgets, and establishing the general guidelines for the Association’s actions that allow it to fulfil its purposes and objectives.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is composed of a team of professionals with extensive experience in the sector. The president of the Association’s term of office is 4 years. The Board’s many responsibilities include directing, managing and representing the organisation, overseeing its operations, seeking sources of funding, and ensuring compliance with the resolutions of the General Assembly.
